River Oaks, Houston. A wet night and a Chinese kitchen under neon. The photographs are the sign, the rain, and the room behind the glass.

Blue, red and green on blacktop. Each drop on the pavement takes the sign and throws it back.

Inside, the same neon sits on an industrial room. Chongqing, Yang Chow fried rice, nitro tea. The camera stayed with the light more than the plate.
